Project

The project aims to develop quantum network technology. Precisely, we are developing a technology to accurately and efficiently deliver the entanglement, fundamental resource of quantum technologies, over fiber networks. This is a key technology of distributed quantum computing, next generation quantum security, and the quantum internet in future. We also develop a field network testbed for quantum network in which we aim to integrate the advanced quantum communication, photonic network, and precise optical control and measurement technologies.

Desired joint research

Developments of quantum communication technologies and ultra-precise clock synchronization techniques.

Collaboration track record

【Image】We are implementing a quantum network testbed which will be open for collaborations with academia and industry.

We are collaborating with several universities and companies, as well as participating a consortium “Quantum Internet Taskforce (QITF)” to contribute the technical developments of quantum networks.
